At ATMJ Properties, a completed Rental Application is required before any Lease can be signed and entered into.

Once received and approved, ATMJ Properties will contact you to arrange a convenient meeting time where we can sign the required Lease documents and where you can pick up your keys.

For all apartments in New Brunswick, it is necessary to use the standard lease forms approved by the provincial government.

A security deposit of equal to one month’s rent must be paid to the ATMJ Properties Inc.

This security deposit is then sent to the provincial government’s Rentalsman Office.

At the end of the lease and provided there are no damages, the Rentalsman and you will receive a written notice indicating that you may be reimbursed your deposit as soon as possible.

Only the Rentalsman can reimburse the security deposit and in general, this only takes a few days and depends solely on the Rentalsman.

When you receive your apartment key, you will also receive 1 key for the postal box to your apartment. We recommend that you inform Canada Post as quickly as possible of your new address so they can forward any new mail to you.
